What is Anti-social behaviour?

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) is acting in a manner that causes or has the ability to cause nuisance, annoyance, disturbance or harassment to neighbours, other people living with or visiting the resident, the wider community and adversely impacts our ability to manage our housing stock.
