If you have an individual garden at your home, it is your responsibility to keep this clear and tidy.
If shared or private gardens are not kept clear and tidy by residents you could be recharged for clearance and any associated costs such as pest control.

Starting from 27 March 2025, if you are a tenant and need a gas or heating repair, please contact our new gas service provider, Sureserve Compliance South on 0208 269 4502 instead of calling us.
If you are a homeowner, you will continue to be responsible for servicing and repairs to your boiler and gas appliances. The Gas Safe Register recommends servicing gas boilers and appliances once a year.
For the time being, you will continue to pay your rent and service charges the same way you have been. You should also continue to raise repairs and contact us in the usual way.
