SBHA - TGP
SBHA has become part of Guinness
On 27 March SBHA became part of Guinness. SBHA is no longer a landlord or employer. All SBHA’s responsibilities have passed to Guinness. Guinness has become the landlord to our residents.
For more information, visit our Partnership Page.
Services that have changed
Starting from 27 March 2025, if you are a tenant and need a gas or heating repair, please contact our new gas service provider, Sureserve Compliance South on 0208 269 4502 instead of calling us.
If you are a homeowner, you will continue to be responsible for servicing and repairs to your boiler and gas appliances. The Gas Safe Register recommends servicing gas boilers and appliances once a year.
What is remaining the same?
For the time being, you will continue to pay your rent and service charges the same way you have been. You should also continue to raise repairs and contact us in the usual way.
