Our ED&I Forum
The ED&I Forum has been set up so that colleagues from across SBHG can express and feedback on their views on where we should be focusing when it comes to equality, diversity and inclusion. The forum acts as a working group where they will bring ideas to the table and work on implementing policy alongside the People and Culture team. The forum’s primary objective is to improve the culture, environment, processes and procedures that are in place at SBHG to ensure Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is part of our DNA.
Apprenticeship Opportunities
If you’re currently thinking about starting an apprenticeship, we may have the right opportunity for you. See all the available roles on our Vacancies page. Joining us as an apprentice means that over 18-24 months, you will gain practical experience and training while studying towards a recognised qualification.
DBS Check
We carry out a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. This means you will be asked for two references, including names and contact details. One of these will need to be from a job, school, college or voluntary placement.
