Andrew Warner
Andrew joined SBHA in 2019 to lead strategy and transformation at executive level. In November 2022 Andrew was appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer and led SBHA into a successful partnership with Guinness. In December 2023 Andrew was appointed Managing Director of SBHA and leads on integration with The Guinness Partnership. Andrew has experience across various sectors and has a track record of delivering business transformation, strategy, and integration. He was Director of Business Improvement at the National Pharmacy Association prior to joining SBHA. Andrew is SBHA’s Designated Health and Safety Lead.
Mark joined us in January 2021 as our Chief Customer Officer, a new role focused on improving the customer experience for all our residents. After the successful completion of the partnership with Guinness in December 2023, Mark became Director of Operations and Customer Service. Mark has over 16 years of experience in utility and service sectors and has held a portfolio of senior roles across customer experience, corporate strategy and digital transformation. He has a track record of delivering service improvement and increased levels of customer satisfaction. Mark is responsible for our Resident Experience, Housing Management, Repairs and Leasehold services.
