(NOTE: The following reporting a repair is not applicable to temporary accommodation homes that are not owned by SBHG. All repairs for Temporary Accommodation units are the responsibility of our Private Landlords. For more information please contact our Customer Services Team.)

The quietest times to call are 10 am-12 pm and 2-4 pm on Tuesday-Friday. Our busiest day is Monday.
