What we do about ASB and hate crimes

SBHA takes ASB and hate crime very seriously and our tenancy agreements, leases and licences contain terms and conditions relating to antisocial behaviour. If anyone is found causing or allowing their household members or invited visitors to cause ASB may risk legal action and potentially losing their tenancy.

We work with other agencies including the police and local councils to tackle antisocial behaviour.
