We allocate repair appointments on a priority basis, which means we will not be able to accommodate all booking preferences. To allow us the best opportunity of matching one of your booking preferences, we recommend that you select dates 5 - 15 working days from today. If you have an emergency repair, please call us on 020 8996 4200.
Please provide as much additional information for your booking as possible. This will help us get your repair right the first time. Letting us know things like there are access issues to your property or vulnerable residents within your household will help us manage your repair more efficiently.
It's important your contact details are up to date. When using this system, we will email and/or text you confirmation and updates, so it's important your details are up to date. You can update your contact details, here.
Once you raise a repair on this system, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that we have received the repair. You will be able to view your repairs history (for repairs raised on this system) here. Once you have raised a repair you can expect to hear from our Repairs Team within two business days confirming your appointment.
