At SBHG, we're committed to supporting our colleagues in every way we can. Join our team and enjoy the benefits of working for an organisation that values and invests in its people.
We know that a positive work culture is essential for our colleagues' wellbeing and happiness. Here are some of the ways we promote social connections at SBHG:
Summer and Christmas Parties:
Every year, we organise Summer and Christmas parties that are a highlight of our social calendar. These events are a great opportunity to meet colleagues from across the organisation and have fun.
Volunteer Days:
We are committed to making a positive impact to our community, and our colleagues are at the heart of this effort. That's why we offer two volunteer days per year, allowing you to give back to society and support causes that matter to you.
Our office is located in the heart of leafy Chiswick, surrounded by local shops and amenities. There are plenty of lovely places to eat lunch and socialise with colleagues after work. We're a 5 min walk from Turnham Green station, and we offer parking by request.
The wellbeing of our colleagues is a top priority here at SBHG and we offer a range of assistance and initiatives.
Mental Health First Aiders
Our in-house team of trained Mental Health First Aiders are available to support colleagues who are struggling with mental health issues. We believe in the importance of destigmatising mental health and providing practical support.
Employee Assistant programme
Our colleagues have access to a 24-hour assistance program that provides confidential support and advice on a range of issues, from mental health to financial wellbeing.
Look forward Fridays
We organise Look Forward Fridays every few weeks, featuring a mix of internal and external speakers who offer insights into personal and professional development. These sessions cover topics such as financial and personal wellbeing, allowing our colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.
At SBHG, we want to ensure that our colleagues can grow and develop with us. We run a leadership programme every year at various levels as well as offering support learning for colleagues.
