Formerly SBHA, but now The Guinness Partnership, we were founded in 1890 to improve people’s lives and create possibilities for them.
On 27 March 2025 SBHA became part of Guinness. SBHA is no longer a landlord or employer and all SBHA’s responsibilities have passed to Guinness.
As we move to single systems there are a number of changes that are coming into effect. From 26 June the SBHA website and customer portal will be closed.

As a reminder, if you are a tenant and need a gas or heating repair, please contact our new gas service provider, Sureserve Compliance South on 0208 269 4502 instead of calling us.
If you are a homeowner, you will continue to be responsible for servicing and repairs to your boiler and gas appliances. The Gas Safe Register recommends servicing gas boilers and appliances once a year.

From Tuesday 1 July former SBHA residents can register on MyGuinness and use www.guinnesspartnership.com. You will need your Payment Reference Number to register, which has been included on recent communications sent to you.
